Our fee structure: with effect from 1st April 2011.

All fees are subject to VAT if applicable at 20%.

Services: Accountancy & Taxation Fees from £
Monthly payroll up to 10 employees £45.00 per month
Monthly payroll above 10 employees £75.00 per month (up to 25 employees)

All prices include:

Annual accounts
Business Tax return
One owners personal tax return
For VAT  returns please add £200.00 per quarter
For quarterly management accounts and recommendations from £300.00 per quarter.

For partnership accounts, please add £180.00 per extra partner or director for individual tax returns.

Add 100% of fee for solicitors on reports requiring opinion.

All umbrella & agency payroll services, Fee margin £20.00 per week.

Company formation £150.00 per company express service
Off the shelf service £100.00
Due diligence £1500.00 per case
Accountants opinion/Review £550.00
Software set-up and training  £180.00 per hour
Financial plan/cashflow projections £850.00 per case.
